WHO WE ARE / WHAT WE OFFER
Our work is characterized by customization and craftsmanship—where every detail is chosen for the way you live.
Our approach to design is holistic, intentional, and deeply personal. With Alison Agley and Carrera Shea at the helm, our team creates homes that marry enduring style and thoughtful functionality. We design with the perspective—and skills—of designers and architects, resulting in spaces that embody the belief that livability is the highest luxury. From our studio in Snowmass Village, we work closely with clients and our trusted network of contractors, consultants, and vendors on each project. We channel our intimate knowledge of our area to offer clients an efficient process and the best in local resources. The spaces we create are reflective of our clients' personal styles and and the relaxed yet refined lifestyle that Aspen is known for.
Alison Agley, AIA
Like many Aspen residents, Alison Foto Agley came to visit for a season and never left. A third generation California native, Alison studied architecture at the University of Southern California before earning her MBA from the University of Denver. Before co-founding her own multidisciplinary studio, she spent 30 years honing her skills at a diverse range of firms. Now, as partner and lead architect at Ali & Shea, she specializes in creative solutions that balance function and aesthetics.
Carrera Shea, ASID, NCIDQ
Carrera Shea is a founding partner and the lead interior designer at Ali & Shea. Carrera grew up in Southern California but spent her vacations visiting her grandparents in Aspen. More than twenty years ago, she visited for the winter and decided to put down roots of her own. Before launching Ali & Shea, she cultivated her expertise in project management and client relationships working at a luxury design firm and her own retail store.
