Alison Agley is an accomplished architect and entrepreneur based in Aspen, Colorado. She earned a degree in architecture from the University of Southern California before completing her MBA at the University of Denver. With over three decades of experience in architecture, she has built a reputation for designing innovative spaces that harmonize functionality with aesthetic excellence.

In December 2020, Alison co-founded ALI & SHEA DESIGN alongside Carrera Shea. As a full-service interior design and architecture firm, the firm specializes in creating beautiful, highly functional spaces that reflect their clients' unique styles while prioritizing livability and craftsmanship.

As co-founder and architectural lead, Alison is responsible for the firm's overarching design philosophy and architectural direction. She integrates her expertise in traditional and modern design elements, ensuring that each project embodies functionality, innovation, and aesthetic excellence.
She also explores emerging trends in architectural technology, bringing a forward-thinking approach to the firm's projects.
